Scope

These terms cover B2B enquiries, quotations and orders for classroom wooden toys supplied from the Yunhe cluster, Zhejiang, China. Consumer sales are not offered through this site.

Quotations and orders

A quotation is based on the specification, quantity and destination provided by the buyer and is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed when the specification or sample is approved in writing and the deposit is received.

Carton quantities, packed weights and lead times are stated from workshop data; where a figure is missing it is confirmed before the order is placed rather than estimated.

Payment and delivery

Standard terms are a deposit with the order and the balance against the bill of lading; the quotation states the exact split. Delivery is FOB Ningbo or Shanghai unless EXW or CIF is agreed in writing.

Quality and claims

Goods are checked against the approved specification before loading and an inspection record is shared. Claims for visible defects should be raised with the shipment documents within 30 days of arrival so they can be matched to the production record.

Designs and intellectual property

The buyer confirms that artwork, logos and product designs supplied to us are cleared for use in the destination market. Custom designs developed for a buyer are produced for that buyer and are not offered to other customers without written agreement.
