Test reports - what we can share and what we cannot
Every model has a report status, not a badge. A report may exist for the model and market, it may be available on request, or it may need to be commissioned. We share the reference, the scope and the date; we do not claim coverage for a model or color that was not tested.
Report status by model

What a report covers
- The model, material and color tested.
- The standard and edition, for example ASTM F963-23 or EN 71-1 / -2 / -3.
- The clauses covered and any exclusions.
- The laboratory and the report date.
What we cannot claim
- We cannot say a toy passed a test it was not tested for.
- We cannot extend a report to a new color, finish or material without testing.
- We cannot issue the CPC or the EU Declaration of Conformity - the importer or brand owner does.
- We cannot publish a report that names a buyer's confidential model without permission.
How to request a report
- Send the model number and the destination market.
- Tell us whether the report is for a school file, a distributor file or a tender.
- We confirm the status and send the reference or quote the testing.
- Allow 7-20 working days for a commissioned test, depending on the laboratory.
Questions buyers ask
- Do all models have reports?
- No. Status is stated per model before quotation: available, on request or to be commissioned.
- Can you send a report for a model we have not ordered?
- Yes, once the model number and market are confirmed. Some reports are only released with a quotation because they are model-specific.
- Who pays for testing?
- Testing commissioned for a specific order is quoted with the order; the cost depends on the standard, the market and the number of models.
