A sample answers the questions a catalog cannot: joint construction, finish, edge quality, size in the hand and how the label sits. Stock samples ship in 3-7 days; custom samples take 7-15 days after artwork sign-off. Sample cost is quoted per model and credited against the order in most cases.

What a sample shows

- Joint construction: dowels, screws, hardware and finish.

Pre-production check
- The sample is signed off before bulk production starts.
- The reference sample is kept as the reference for inspection.
- Any change to material, color or finish triggers a new sample and report review.
- Label artwork is signed off with the sample, not after production.
How to order a sample

- Yes. The sample is yours to keep and use as the reference for the order.
- Can the sample be tested before we order?
- Yes, testing can be commissioned on the sample model for the destination market. The test cost is separate from the sample cost.
