Shipping, CBM and lead times for classroom toy orders
We ship FOB Ningbo by default, with LCL for a single room and 20GP, 40GP or 40HQ containers for multi-room orders. Practical loading is about 28 CBM for a 20GP, 58 for a 40GP and 68 for a 40HQ. Production runs 30-45 days after sample sign-off; stock ships in 7-15 days.

Incoterms and payment
- FOB Ningbo is the default; EXW and DDP are quoted on request.
- Typical payment terms: 30% deposit, balance before shipment.
- Buyer's forwarder or ours - both are workable.
- DDP delivery to a school or campus can be quoted for multi-site orders.
Packing and documents
- Cartons marked per room, site or campus on request.
- Packing list with carton count, CBM, weights and piece count per carton.
- Commercial invoice and bill of lading from the forwarder.
- Label artwork and report references with the shipping documents.
- Photos of the packed cartons before the container is sealed.
Questions buyers ask
- Can you ship one room?
- Yes - LCL or air for a single room. Once the room design repeats, a container is more economical.
- Do you quote DDP?
- Yes, on request. FOB is the default because most schools and distributors use their own forwarder.
- What are the carton dimensions?
- They differ by model; the packing list states carton size, weight and CBM once the model list is fixed.
