What this site collects when you send a classroom enquiry, why it is used, and how to ask for it to be deleted.
What we collect
When you send a quotation request we receive the contact and order details you choose to provide: name, school or company, email, phone or WhatsApp, destination country and the product requirement.
The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
To answer the enquiry, prepare the quotation and follow up on the order. We do not sell contact data and we do not use it for third-party advertising. The site does not set advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept while the commercial relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and accounting records. Server logs rotate on a short cycle.
Your choices
You can ask what data we hold, request a correction, or request deletion by writing to the contact address on the contact page. We respond within a reasonable period, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
