Replacement parts for classroom wooden toys - the parts list and how to order

Most classroom toys are retired because one part failed, not because the set wore out. We supply replacement blocks, wheels, castors, knobs, hinges, screws, dowels, shelf pins and game pieces by model, so a room can be repaired instead of replaced. Parts ship with a reorder or on their own.

The replacement parts list

Part names and order units for classroom models. The model number on the storage unit or packing list is what makes a parts order match the original set.

How to order parts

  • Find the model number on the storage unit label or the original packing list.
  • Photograph the part with a ruler next to it for scale and fixing type.
  • Tell us the quantity and whether it ships with a reorder or on its own.
  • Confirm the part matches the model before dispatch.
  • Keep the parts box labelled and the packing list with the room.

A parts kit per room

  • 10-20 spare blocks in the most-used shapes.
  • A small box of screws and dowels matching the model.
  • Four castors or wheels if the room has a cart.
  • Spare knobs and hinges if the room has role-play furniture.
  • A game-piece bag per tabletop set.

When a part is discontinued

  • We name the replacement part or model in the quote rather than substituting silently.
  • A discontinued block shape may require a small set top-up to keep the system usable.
  • Hardware is matched by fixing type and load, not by appearance alone.
  • If a repair is not possible, the quotation states the replace-set option.

Questions buyers ask

Do you sell parts without a new order?
Yes, for urgent repairs. Parts ship on their own or with a reorder; the quotation states the freight option.
Can you match a part from another supplier?
Sometimes. Send dimensions, fixing type and photos; if the part is a standard component we can match it, otherwise we say so.
How do we know which model a part belongs to?
The model number is on the storage unit label and the packing list. If it is lost, a photo with a ruler against a unit block usually identifies the set.
